The Oakland Raiders entered the 2018 NFL Draft with questions at the inside linebacker position but chose to wait to address it.

After not getting a chance to draft Georgia linebacker in the first round, the Raiders waited until the sixth round to select University of Washington linebacker Azeem Victor.

Victor has good instincts and has been compared to Vontaze Burfict, the Cincinnati Bengals linebacker that new defensive coordinator Paul Guenther is familiar with. Victor only started in five games last year, getting suspended twice: once for a DUI and once for a failed drug test.

The Raiders still have’t re-signed NaVorro Bowman, who still remains a free agent.
